To start working with us, all we need is a Set up Packet ( DocuSign ) and the below Documents from your side:
W-9 Form.
Insurance Certificate.
MC Authority.
Notice of Assignment (If you have factoring).
Payments :
SEMI (Dry van ,Reefer, Flatbed or Step deck) > 5% per load or $300 flat rate for 7 days
Power Only > 5% per load or $350 flat rate for 7 days
Box Truck > 10% per load or $450 flat rate for 7 days
Hot Shot > 7% per load or $450 flat rate for 7 days
